Loaded Za'atar Baked Potato

 

Is your baked potato truly loaded if it doesn’t have za’atar on it? This one’s not hard to understand. Take an amazing loaded baked potato and make it more amazing with the fresh flavor of za’atar.

Ingredients: 1 large russet potato, vegetable oil to coat, butter, sour cream, shredded cheddar, scallions, Z&Z Za’atar

    • Recipe:

      1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Scrub and wash potato vigorously with cold water. Dry, then use a fork to poke holes all over the potato. Place in a bowl and coat lightly with oil. Sprinkle with kosher salt and place directly on the rack in the middle of the oven.

      2. Bake for 1 hour or until the skin feels crisp but the flesh beneath feels soft. Serve by slicing the spud open down the middle.

      3. Top with butter, shredded cheddar, sour cream, scallions and a whole lot of za’atar.
