When we tell you that these might be the best wings we have ever tried we are not exaggerating. They’re sweet. They’re spicy. They have za’atar on them. What more could you possibly want? These wings will change your life. Feel free to substitute the spicy stuff for your favorite alternatives.

Ingredients: 24 skin-on chicken wings patted dry,

For the Rub: 2 tbsp Z&Z Za’atar, 2 tbsp Aleppo Pepper, 1 tbsp Cumin, 2 tbsp Brown Sugar

For the Sauce: 1 stick of Butter, 2 tbsp Honey, 1 tbsp molasses (or substitute corn starch), Z&Z Za’atar to garnish

    • Recipe:

      • Mix Rub Ingredients and coat wings well.

      • Bake on the middle rack for 45-50 minutes at 400 F. Move to the top rack and put on broil for the last 5 mins until crispy. Watch closely so they don’t burn and flip the chicken wings to broil both sides.

      • When the wings are near ready combine all sauce ingredients in a pot over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce to a simmer until slightly thickened, approximately 3-5 minutes.

      • Remove chicken from the oven and add to a large bowl. Pour the sauce over the wings.

      • Gently toss the wings until evenly coated.

      • Sprinkle with more za’atar

      • Enjoy :)
