Za'atar Roasted Potatoes

These are small potatoes with big flavor. Roast these cute little guys with za’atar 

Ingredients: 2 pounds small potatoes, 6 cloves garlic, 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, Z&Z Za’atar

    • Recipe:

      • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

      • Halve potatoes and spread on a baking sheet. Add the cracked cloves of garlic. Drizzle the potatoes and garlic with extra-virgin olive oil and season with za’atar.

      • Place potatoes on the center rack of the oven and roast for 20 minutes.
