Aleppo Pepper Lemon Butter Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs shrimp (peeled and deveined)

  • 3 teaspoons Aleppo Pepper + 1 extra for garnishing

  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt (modify to taste)

  • 1 stick unsalted butter

  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic

  • 2 bunches chopped fresh Cilantro

  • 1 Lemon

Instructions

  • Season Shrimp with Sea Salt & Aleppo Pepper

  • Add 1/2 stick butter to a pan on medium high heat

  • Cook Shrimp 2 minutes on one side. Flip and cook 2 minutes on the other side

  • Repeat process until all of the Shrimp is cooked and in a bowl

  • In a pan on medium high heat cook remaining butter with minced garlic and 1 bunch chopped cilantro and juice of 1/2 lemon

  • Pour this over the bowl of shrimp and mix well

  • Sprinkle with additional Aleppo Pepper and Garnish with cilantro and lemon wedges
